Slicer is designed for slicing loaves of bread in a thickness of 11 or 13 mm, depending on customer needs. It’s design allows for slicing loaves of maximum dimensions: length 47, width 23 and height 14 cm. Loading sliced bread and collection is done manually by inserting each time one loaf of bread. With single-use efficiency of the machine can be determined at approximately 350 loaves per hour, depending on the type and size of the loaf of bread, as well as browning and cooling and significantly increases the double use.
Roch cutter is equipped with a mounted frame with interchangeable blades made of high hardness. Blades can be rotated, which doubles their life and can be re-sharpen.
