    The ROCH model is a manual bread slicer with a capacity of up to 360 loaves per hour. It is the perfect solution for small bakeries where space is limited and production volume is still modest. Operated by a single person, the ROCH slicer enables precise bread slicing with adjustable slice thickness of 11 mm or 13 mm. This compact unit is ideal for smaller operations where space efficiency and ease of use are key.
  2. ROXY SlicerEfficiency for medium-sized bakeries
    For medium-sized bakeries, we recommend the ROXY model. This slicer offers a capacity of up to 950 loaves per hour, making it an excellent choice for mid-sized bakery operations. It requires two operators, ensuring consistent and efficient output. The ROXY model offers slice thickness settings of 11 mm, 13 mm, and also thicker slices of 15 mm or 16 mm, providing flexibility to meet different customer needs.
