Our spiral mixers are designed for mixing dough with a minimum water content of 40%. The minimum batch that can be processed is approximately 10% of the total bowl capacity. The spiral mixer is ideal for mixing doughs of varying consistencies, including both stiff and soft doughs, making it a versatile tool in bakeries, confectioneries, and food processing plants.

A temperature sensor located in the dough scraper allows for accurate tracking of the mixing process, ensuring optimal performance.
